It took a week before someone would return my call to schedule service for my Motorhome. Kept telling me that the truck department has to handle and they said they would forward to them to return my cal schedule service for my Motorhome. Would be ready late afternoon, tex me 11-18 at 11:30. Picked up at 3pm. More
Jay in service and Michael in parts provided excellent service to order the correct so that they were available when needed. Horrendous! Left my car for 4.5 hours and NOTHING was done to it. Was never told their compressor was out, so didn’t get my 50k Mile check up, zero communication. Had to call several times to get an update and when finally got somebody on the line, was informed nothing was done to my vehicle. Made two round trips in two vehicles, wasted gas and time. Spoke with manager who had no solutions at all. After the poor communication, having my car most of the day and completely failing on customer service, you would’ve thought they would’ve tried to idk maybe put a gallon of gas in my car, top off my fluids… nope! Will absolutely never use this dealership again! They took my money for the $65k vehicle I bought but don’t care to service it accordingly. More
The site did not allow me to give them a 0 Star but it should! Worse service ever! Had my fleet vehicle towed to the location on a Friday. Could not reach the service rep for over a week. Had to engage my company fleet manager to contact and get the the dealer to respond. When they did finally complete the repairs, when I picked up the vehicle, the "Change Oil" light was on! REALLY?! Did I mention it was a fleet vehicle and all they had to do was get the oil change authorized....!!! Crazy! The porter that delivered my vehicle even told me that they are horrible... WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! Will not take my fleet vehicle back for maintenance nor even consider purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation Ford Lincoln Orange Park. More
Best service I ever received. Brad Pouliet in service Dept went out of his way for us to help ensure we got back on the road. Other dealerships would not see us for over a week. Our camper was stranded a Dept went out of his way for us to help ensure we got back on the road. Other dealerships would not see us for over a week. Our camper was stranded at a camp site when truck needed repair. Thank you Brad for getting our truck in and getting us back on the road able to tow our camper in less then two days. I will never own another Ford again. This is the worst and most unorganized place I have ever taken my car. Not just once but a few times. My vehicle was there for two days.
