Worst dealer ship experience ever. Have used their service department 3 times. The mechanics are top notch and very good at what they do. However, their service advisors are their week link. No commun service department 3 times. The mechanics are top notch and very good at what they do. However, their service advisors are their week link. No communication from the start. And the service manager isn't much better. No communication from the advisor, and I am sure there is probably no communication between the advisor and the mechanics, as half of what I asked to be done wasn't even listed on the notes they took when I dropped off the vehicle. Like I said, worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. More

I was very very disappointed in the service I received at Auto Nation I had made an appointment for 1:30pm they said it would be 3/5hours before my oil change and tire rotation will be done. I got out of Auto Nation I had made an appointment for 1:30pm they said it would be 3/5hours before my oil change and tire rotation will be done. I got out of there at 5:30pm. That’s not acceptable for a simple service. I will never ever go back to that dealership and will not recommend it to anyone. You guys just lost a valuable customer. More
I came in to the Ford Dealership to buy a Ford Diesel Pickup and ended up with a Doge Pickup. I purchased the oil change (in excess of $4K) program and when it was time to use it I was told that I would Pickup and ended up with a Doge Pickup. I purchased the oil change (in excess of $4K) program and when it was time to use it I was told that I would have to hang around the dealership until the service was complete and that I could not get a ride home because I lived more than five miles away. The next issue is that the batteries went flat and I ended up spending $450.00 plus to replace them. The next issue followed in close proximity a bearing went out on the right front and when I used my repair maintenance agreement, it cost me $400.00 because the Truck was towed to a Doge dealership for repair. After all it is a Doge. Most recently I took my Dodge to Ford for a heating problem in the cab. It never warms up and it gets very cold. The Ford dealership told me they couldn't work on it so they told me to take it to Doge, I reminded them that it could cost me $400.00 because Ford was required to work on my Truck and the deductible was $200.00. They finally agreed to dispatch it to Dodge, and I got the Truck back the same as when I gave it to Ford, cold air in the cab. The only good thing was that Ford didn't charge me anything, and as far as I'm concerned, they shouldn't have, because it still blows cold air and nothing was repaired. During the time of purchase to now, I also replaced the rear breaks. I'm waiting for the next big thing, it has not been a good experience from the purchase to the present. I was supposed to get copies of my contract via email and never did. Because I have bought several cars from your dealership, I trusted them. Never again. I probably will not purchase another vehicle from your dealership and the maintenance experience has been horrid. Christopher C. Lanham Jr. More
