Diana and the techs onsite were phenomenal. I brought in for a service recall but was told I would not be able to get it done in time for work. Diana worked with the Mechanics to ensure I would be front-of- for a service recall but was told I would not be able to get it done in time for work. Went to service department on 12/11 for oil pan service and talked to Jigna Sh , service advisor…. She said we’re short on people today ( Saturday) but we’ll check the truck on Monday and I’ll let you know and talked to Jigna Sh , service advisor…. I was waiting for her to call me back till Thursday, so after 5 days I went over there in person to check what’s going on and I talked to David ( service advisor who helped me out and I appreciate his support) and after I explained to him what’s going on he said that Jigna was sick for like a week and he found my papers on her desk because she didn’t put in the system my truck for service and didn’t tell no one …. So I waited and rented a car for 5 extra days just because she didn’t put a service ticket for my truck More

Worst dealer ship experience ever. Have used their service department 3 times. The mechanics are top notch and very good at what they do. However, their service advisors are their week link. No commun service department 3 times. The mechanics are top notch and very good at what they do. However, their service advisors are their week link. No communication from the start. And the service manager isn't much better. No communication from the advisor, and I am sure there is probably no communication between the advisor and the mechanics, as half of what I asked to be done wasn't even listed on the notes they took when I dropped off the vehicle. Like I said, worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. More
