Worst at it's best. I bought my truck here brand new in 2017. I've been coming here for maintenance and upkeeping to ensure the life extension of my truck and also a loyal customer. I'm saddened to say it 2017. I've been coming here for maintenance and upkeeping to ensure the life extension of my truck and also a loyal customer. I'm saddened to say it's getting money hunger and full b.s. recommendations that was not necessary or needed. My last 2 oil changes had different prices. September 2021 was $105 with military discount and January 2022 was $90, remember same services. I have all my receipts and did a comparison from 2017 to 2022. I talked to the new service manager for the truck shop Brad about it, he said he doesn't not make up the prices, Autonation does. I asked him why does the price differ for the same service, he said he does not know that's Autonation prices. So the last 2 oil changes I've had, September 2021, Brad told me the inspection or recommendation that needed to be done, it was cabin filter and both front brakes. He can set up a schedule for brakes and I told him go ahed. I came in the office ready to pay, he said I need to change the cabin filter it's a little dirty, I told him I just changed it a week ago. He said it's just a recommendation, $85 for cabin filter that I change it in less than 10 minutes for $12.36, that is gouging at it's best. Same thing happen January 2022, but this time cabin filter, 2 front brakes, hood stand shocks broke, and a leak at the transfer case. He recommends do the brakes first, I told him I'll call later to schedule it. Also I asked about the hood shocks, how is this possible the only time it opens when I bring it here, default answer is well some vehicles are like that. They're the only ones open my hood and somehow I have to pay for it, I still can figure it out. I told Brad, how is it possible to have a leak at the transfer case if I've been coming here to ensure my vehicle is in tip top shape and prevent this issues. I was just here in September, was the inspection thorough? These things went through mind, just couldn't comprehend that hopes of bringing your vehicle to the dealership will ensure the quality life extension. I won't be back here. The last draw was when I compared all the receipts with different prices same services. I hope the management will look thorough into this, and take action. The employees also will debunk everything if get asked by the management, so management will take their employees word for it. If they want to learn one of the best service department is Mazda. They record everything and send it to the customer, report of findings, inspection, and recommendation. It is sad to see people who work hard and tirelessly to earn their money spend on something that they don't need. Honesty will ensure happiness and fulfillment in your hard work, success will be infinite. Please get rid of the bad apples, be honest. One last thing, what is the purpose of scheduling appointment but cannot commit to this schedule. 2 hours waiting for an oil change is ridiculous, especially if I had an appointment. Thank you but no thank you I will go somewhere else to look for honest mechanics. More

The folks at AutoNation were so nice. Special accomodations were made to get us out very quickly as we are elderly and were going to have to wait while they did the service on our vehicle. I have no complaints but in general service has dropped the past 2 years. Now that Dan Coburn and Tammy are not there(not to mention the long gone infamous Lance Lindsey up front!), coming there is not a p the past 2 years. Took my F150 in at 11:30a (had appointment) and was told it would be about 3 hours before it would be ready. At 4:30p I called repeatedly (never could get anyone on the line); finally, Service Advisor call it would be about 3 hours before it would be ready. At 4:30p I called repeatedly (never could get anyone on the line); finally, Service Advisor called me (around 5:30) to let me know one of their machines was down and it would be the next day before I could get truck. Also, several times I told SA that the oil change should not be charged because I bought a 10-oil change package when I bought the car. I was still charged for it. He said he would have it credited; it never was. I just called back (week later) and asked them to credit it (hopefully I won't have to call again). Overall, the experience was very disappointing More
