I've been trying to have my truck repaired (a 4 hour job by the way) for over a year now. I brought my truck in to have AutoNation Ford Orange Park look at an issue i was having with it. They checked the tr by the way) for over a year now. I brought my truck in to have AutoNation Ford Orange Park look at an issue i was having with it. They checked the truck in and said i would hear from them later that day. After not hearing from anyone i called and spoke with Jeremy only to be told they didn't look at it yet and they would look at it tomorrow and let me know. This went on for about a week with no one looking at it and finally i told Jeremy that i need my truck for transportation he said come pick it up for the weekend and bring it back Monday. I brought it back Monday and it sat again until Friday with no communication. I called again Friday morning and he said he would have someone look at it that morning. I called later that afternoon and he said they found where the problem is and needed to contact the warranty company to get approval to order the parts and he would let me know once approved. Another week passes still with no word from Jeremy i call to check on the warranty outcome and Jeremy says they approved the warranty and he would get the parts ordered. I said great, how long before you get the parts, he said he didn't know could be a couple days, a week or even a month. I said i need my truck back until the parts come in, they said ok they would let me know when the parts arrived. About a month and a half goes by and i get a call from Jeremy saying the parts are in could i bring my truck in on Monday. I dropped it off with Jeremy on Monday and he said he would give me an update later that day. After not receiving a call i call Jeremy he says they didn't get to it today but would start on it tomorrow or the next day. Friday rolls around again, i call Jeremy only to find out that he ordered the wrong parts and that the parts he needs are on backorder and doesn't know when they will be in. I told them to have my truck ready for me to pick up later that day. After picking my truck up i waited 6 to 7 months calling periodically. Finally i called my sales person Walt (who is a wonderful salesperson) and asked what parts that they were ordering that they couldn't get and he says he believes they just got the parts in. Walt calls me a couple days later and says they did get the parts in and to bring the truck in Monday. I brought the truck Monday and told Jeremy i didn't want to leave my truck unless they were going to start working on it he said he would see what they could do and he would call me later to give me an update. Around 4pm no communication from Jeremy i call and he says they didn't get to it, i said here we go again. This goes on until Thursday, i call Jeremy and he says my truck might be looked at today or tomorrow or maybe not until next week. I got pretty upset and ended the call. I waited about 15 minutes after that call to call Jeremy's boss, while i was on hold Jeremy answered the phone and asked if i needed something and i said yes to speak with your boss since i cant get a straight answer from you, he said hold on, gets back on the phone after about 30 seconds and says your truck will be fixed today and i could pick it up that evening. This guy Jeremy at AutoNation Ford Orange Park truck shop is the worst i have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and have your truck serviced elsewhere. More

Worst at it's best. I bought my truck here brand new in 2017. I've been coming here for maintenance and upkeeping to ensure the life extension of my truck and also a loyal customer. I'm saddened to say it 2017. I've been coming here for maintenance and upkeeping to ensure the life extension of my truck and also a loyal customer. I'm saddened to say it's getting money hunger and full b.s. recommendations that was not necessary or needed. My last 2 oil changes had different prices. September 2021 was $105 with military discount and January 2022 was $90, remember same services. I have all my receipts and did a comparison from 2017 to 2022. I talked to the new service manager for the truck shop Brad about it, he said he doesn't not make up the prices, Autonation does. I asked him why does the price differ for the same service, he said he does not know that's Autonation prices. So the last 2 oil changes I've had, September 2021, Brad told me the inspection or recommendation that needed to be done, it was cabin filter and both front brakes. He can set up a schedule for brakes and I told him go ahed. I came in the office ready to pay, he said I need to change the cabin filter it's a little dirty, I told him I just changed it a week ago. He said it's just a recommendation, $85 for cabin filter that I change it in less than 10 minutes for $12.36, that is gouging at it's best. Same thing happen January 2022, but this time cabin filter, 2 front brakes, hood stand shocks broke, and a leak at the transfer case. He recommends do the brakes first, I told him I'll call later to schedule it. Also I asked about the hood shocks, how is this possible the only time it opens when I bring it here, default answer is well some vehicles are like that. They're the only ones open my hood and somehow I have to pay for it, I still can figure it out. I told Brad, how is it possible to have a leak at the transfer case if I've been coming here to ensure my vehicle is in tip top shape and prevent this issues. I was just here in September, was the inspection thorough? These things went through mind, just couldn't comprehend that hopes of bringing your vehicle to the dealership will ensure the quality life extension. I won't be back here. The last draw was when I compared all the receipts with different prices same services. I hope the management will look thorough into this, and take action. The employees also will debunk everything if get asked by the management, so management will take their employees word for it. If they want to learn one of the best service department is Mazda. They record everything and send it to the customer, report of findings, inspection, and recommendation. It is sad to see people who work hard and tirelessly to earn their money spend on something that they don't need. Honesty will ensure happiness and fulfillment in your hard work, success will be infinite. Please get rid of the bad apples, be honest. One last thing, what is the purpose of scheduling appointment but cannot commit to this schedule. 2 hours waiting for an oil change is ridiculous, especially if I had an appointment. Thank you but no thank you I will go somewhere else to look for honest mechanics. More

The folks at AutoNation were so nice. Special accomodations were made to get us out very quickly as we are elderly and were going to have to wait while they did the service on our vehicle. I have no complaints but in general service has dropped the past 2 years. Now that Dan Coburn and Tammy are not there(not to mention the long gone infamous Lance Lindsey up front!), coming there is not a p the past 2 years.
