As always the service was excellent due to my tech Steve Hunsberger. Not a drop of spilled oil or any mess from draining. I'm impressed by his work. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and service inspection that took about 2 hours. When I left my truck had a really bad vibration that wasn't there before. It didn't show up until I hit 60mph o inspection that took about 2 hours. When I left my truck had a really bad vibration that wasn't there before. It didn't show up until I hit 60mph on 295. I slowly returned and Wane was very helpful. Jeremy said they thought that the tires needed balancing but I had to pay $100+ for it. I said yes. Then he came back and took me to the truck to show me that the tires were delaminating and apologized that they should have caught that on the inspection. Jeremy was able to find me 4 new tires for my F350. He gave me a discount and only charged $80 for the labor. I have always had my truck serviced by Ford and even bought the last tires from Ford about 50,000 miles ago, because I expect them to keep It running as it should. I was at the dealership 7 hours spent almost $2000, missed lunch and was never even offered a glass of water. They would have got 5 stars if they would have spotted the bad 2 tires at the inspection. It's always a great experience at Ford Autonation Orange Park. There was an issue with a part for my car being on backorder and there were weeks on end before the tracking information was released. Through it all the service department communicated with me appropriately. I got to work with Brad who kept me updated every step of the way. When I picked up my car I was so happy. Literally one month and I am back driving my baby (car ) lol More
