Had a major recall and when I went in at my appointment time they didn't have the parts. So I decided to get an oil change while there. I got my new truck after the oil change with a new door ding! They only repair these on Fridays according to the service manager, I can only come in on a Monday and am told Friday or no repair. I've purchased several new and used vehicles here and am will be going elsewhere for service and purchases from now on. More

Dropped my truck off the evening before the appointment. Received texts in the morning about what needed to be addressed. I responded and got a response back confirming. But after 2 weeks waiting for a reply on when I could bring it back, I was told that the dealership had stopped taking in any motorhomes until July (even though I had an appointment and had waited with a factory recall to complete). Completely dissatisfied. More
