I made an appointment to check a lose rattle under my hood on the driver side. Thay did find my transmission was lose and making noise. It was fast and everybody was very respectful. Ranae Whitehead was my advisor and she was very efficient and a good person. I have nothing bad to say about this dealership. Hotels do this all the time with room safes. More
