Terrible service and they have refused my phone calls for months on a recall issue. Will never return for service on my vehicle at this location. This place caused me nothing but stress and worry about the months on a recall issue. Will never return for service on my vehicle at this location. This place caused me nothing but stress and worry about the safety of driving my vehicle, which turns out it’s not safe to drive due to the recall issue. I have changed dealerships and I am working to resolve the issues with my vehicle with open communications about services at all times and genuine concern about my safety. I called 2 weeks in advance for oil change, tire rotation, balance, alignment, transmission tune up, and for the backup camera recall to be fixed. When I got there, I was told they could not do the rotation, balance, alignment, transmission tune up, and for the backup camera recall to be fixed. When I got there, I was told they could not do the recall and then charged me $700 for the oil change, tire rotation, alignment, balancing, changing 8 spark plugs and did not do a transmission service. The only reason I took my vehicle here was for the recall and transmission service, otherwise my oil change, tire rotation, balance and alignment would have been $80 at my normal car shop. (I have free tire rotation and alignment from where I bought the tires). So, I was overcharged by $620, did not get all the work done, AND have not heard back from them regarding the recall part. This is not my first bad experience with them. They were unable to figure out a window issue (the window would go slightly up and down on its own) turns out it was simply due to a low car battery ( they replaced motors and a regulator, did not fix it. I had to get a new battery, no issues since, so likely was some sort of short due to low power). The guy who greeted me was funny and had some cool jokes. Overall, I often feel these guys charge way too much and do not know what they are doing. I will only go back for the recall parts, that is it!! More
Very pleased with dealership, had a new service rep, but with shortage of help around still seemed pretty staffed. Diane said not sure how long it would be but after getting a couple recomendations done we were done paid for and on our way in less than 2 hours. More
