Customer service was great and my service advisor was extremely helpful. One area that really needs improvement is the courtesy vehicle program. Pick up and drop off were really smooth, the time the vehicle was in for service though I felt like it was a burden to get an update, not to mention the car was filthy afterwards. Not sure if that's supply chain stuff or what, but either way they fixed the vehicle as requested and it was with new Ford parts not a reman. And comes with a decent warranty on the parts replaced.
