I didn’t have to wait long for the service of my Mustang. I waited in their customer service area, which had a nice desk cubicle where I easily set up my laptop. I used to get a better report of what was done, all the way to telling me on paper that they did actually apply LUBE where applicable for my Lube Oil and Filter service I requested. The Yellow Safety Inspection report was much better than it is now, even though you could always tell when certain things were not really checked, like knowing ahead of time you had a bad wiper blade, bulb or Good Pads, and it didn't show on the report. More
