4 stars due to I couldn’t reach anyone in the service dept. to get any answers about my recalls. I had to call the parts dept., and they transferred me. Once on the phone with Ranae Whitehead, she assure dept. to get any answers about my recalls. I had to call the parts dept., and they transferred me. Once on the phone with Ranae Whitehead, she assured me that parts were available to install at my appointed time. At my appointment time, she took care of everything. My vehicle was completed at a reasonable timeframe, and I left completely satisfied with my service. They need to fix their phone service, people can’t wait for a long time on hold. Overall, I’m happy with my dealings with Ford. More

We have a service plan from when we bought our car . .. set an appointment for an oil change at 9:00am (arrived at 8:30). At 11:00am, I asked how much longer and they said the oil change and tire rotatio .. set an appointment for an oil change at 9:00am (arrived at 8:30). At 11:00am, I asked how much longer and they said the oil change and tire rotation are done they were just waiting to hear back on the recommended services.I told him no, we didn't want those. About 30 mins later my car came around, however it sat there another 20 mins before I was told that it was ready and sign the paperwork. There is absolutely NO reason why an oil change and tire rotation should take 3 hrs!!! More

It was a total waste of time. They kept it over night and did Absolutely Nothing!!!!! Then tried to charge $250.00 for diagnostic and it didn’t need a diagnostic. great service effort, I have had my SUV at two dealers for the vibration. first noted in 2020, then 2021 it got worse now it horrible but there is a mix of items now that they want to fix before they can for the vibration. first noted in 2020, then 2021 it got worse now it horrible but there is a mix of items now that they want to fix before they can figure out what is the real problem>!I guess no one does diagnostic now they just replace parts until it fixed!! Sorry but thats the way I feel now. Auto Nation you are not the blame for my fustration . There should have been a ford rep called in to help assist! More
