My car sat at this dealership for over 2 months. They never offered me a loaner vehicle or at the bare minimum called me with a status report or reached out in any way. If I wanted to know anything about my car I would call them. The service manager was completely useless. I left a voice-mail and had one of the advisors relay a message to him and he never returned my calls. On the day my car would finally be worked on I once again called them and found out the car was being worked on that day and the part had just arrived that morning. I was told it would be done and I could pick it up that evening. The car was filthy and had spots on the inside that appeared to be grease from the mechanic getting in and out. The car apparently sat in the direct sunlight so now I have to replace the tint strip on the windshield,the drivers front door and the back window. All 3 sections are now blurry and hard to see out of. There is also a pretty good size what looks to be a scuff mark in the middle of the passenger rear door that I'll now have to pay someone to try and buff it out. I know my car top to bottom and inside to out and I take pride in its appearance as I've done with all my vehicles in the past and I know the mark was not there on the day I had it towed into the dealership. Also the battery is now very sluggish when I go to crank it. The battery I have in it was not a cheap battery by any means and it's a 5 year battery thats only been in the vehicle for maybe half of that time. I would not recommend taking your car to this dealership at all. It's sad they call them selves professionals because if they are then they are only fooling themselves and they have alot of work to do. I worked in the shop at walmart for nearly 8 years and we took much better care of the customer and always put them first. We all treated each vehicle like it was our own. Even walmart would put down floor covers and seat covers and I myself would always wash my hands with gojo before retrieving and before returning the vehicle to the lot. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership but its still no excuse for the way they treated me and my car. None the less if they look at my files they will see that I have spent alot of money at this dealership. After my experience I will no longer be doing business with this dealership. More

I started using this service department in 2010. My service advisor had always been Dan Cobern. After he retired I started going elsewhere, mainly because it was a 35 mile drive to the dealership My service advisor had always been Dan Cobern. After he retired I started going elsewhere, mainly because it was a 35 mile drive to the dealership (each way). After several unpleasant experiences at other Ford service departments, I came back "home". I used to write service myself and these guys treat me like I tried to treat my customers...with respect. No unnecessary games. No trying to "upsell" you. Just good old fashion service and straight talk. Its good to be back. More

I understand there are supply chain issues with getting parts. My vehicle was at Autonation Orange Park for 5 weeks waiting for an intake manifold (aftermarket part) this was the second time in less than a parts.
