Ranae Whitehead and her team are one of the best! She got me in even though they were already at capacity and was able to service my car when the engine light came on. I was distressed as I had so many things on my plate and she showed compassion and truly wanted to help!! We have been going to this dealer since 2007. Bill was our service agent for years until he retired and it took me a few years to finally be matched up with someone who will listen and help. Just when I thought I would have to find another shop. Been doing business with Orange Park,Fla Ford Lincoln since 2016 to service my 2016 Ford Fusion & never one problem with the service department. The people in that department are very professional with since 2016 to service my 2016 Ford Fusion & never one problem with the service department. The people in that department are very professional with the customers at all times. The entire crew in every department from Sales, Parts & the Finance Department are very courteous when you questions, you always get a quick response from them.. I will always recommend this Dealership to anyone who ask for a good Dealership for Sales & Service. More
I gave 2 Star rating based on initial customer service, lack of research to help a 15 year loyal customer and lastly a failure to communicate the status of my vehicle during repair process. 1. Customer service is lacking all I got as an answer was we are busy and many mechanic's out ill. Come back another day. 2. Lack of research-at least make an attempt to find an appointment or an estimated time to return for service. 3. Communication-this really got me upset. I turned my car in to one advisor-which did give me a call back to say my car will be ready the next day. What he failed to do was inform me he was OFF the next day and who I should contact for status of my car. On the next day I called about midday to find out my car's status and was immediately informed it had been ready for pick up for some time. Why no call to the customer to let them know it was ready? Also, throughout the whole process from initial point of customer service to final pick up not once was any advisor apologetic, especially for the lack of communication. I would not recommend this dealerships Service Department because of the before mentioned issues. More
Got me in without appoint. Service writer was courteous and kept me informed about my vehicle. One thing I didn’t like is that Ford manufacture cannot come up with a fix for Service writer was courteous and kept me informed about my vehicle. One thing I didn’t like is that Ford manufacture cannot come up with a fix for their 2020 F150 5.0 motor. I continue to have to put 2qts oil every 5000 miles. Last time buying a Ford product. More
