The staff in the service department was cordial and told me what to expect and how long it would take. I will say I arrived 30 min early because of a schedule conflict and I heard a male say, why don't you me what to expect and how long it would take. VERY polite, respectful and informative for my entire stay. I chose to wait for the service to my motorhome. The dealership service department was beyond helpful, polite, and provided an outstanding service. They had the parts the other dealership did not have, they made the appointment the other dealership tol polite, and provided an outstanding service.
