Best service I ever received. Brad Pouliet in service Dept went out of his way for us to help ensure we got back on the road. Other dealerships would not see us for over a week. Our camper was stranded at a camp site when truck needed repair. Thank you Brad for getting our truck in and getting us back on the road able to tow our camper in less then two days. I will never own another Ford again. This is the worst and most unorganized place I have ever taken my car. Not just once but a few times. My vehicle was there for two days. Never received phone calls unt and most unorganized place I have ever taken my car. Not just once but a few times. My vehicle was there for two days. Never received phone calls until I called over and over again. So sad never receive this kind of customer service with Toyota or Honda. More

Service advisor lied about the cost, quoted me $495, charged me over $1500. All but 2 people at the dealership were rude and arrogant. I’ve bought 2 new vehicles here and had all my service here for ab charged me over $1500. All but 2 people at the dealership were rude and arrogant. I’ve bought 2 new vehicles here and had all my service here for about 15 years. I will never be back! More
