will not take another vehicle back to this place ever! brought my truck in on NON, 22 2021 for a vibration. ON 11/29/22 was told I needed ring and pinion bearing seals ect....$4174.41. SO, I had then do brought my truck in on NON, 22 2021 for a vibration. ON 11/29/22 was told I needed ring and pinion bearing seals ect....$4174.41. SO, I had then do it since that is what they say it needed. On DEC,2021 truck still not ready. got a text saying there may be an issue with the truck they now hear a strange noise. On 12/9 tell me a motor mount broke somehow while being worked on. that needed to be fixed. No charge no big deal. 3 weeks without my truck at this point. i check on it about every other day the entire time it is here. Dec,14 they tell me truck ready. I pick my truck up and barley make it to the gas station because it was run to the empty mark. drove the truck about 50 miles engine light comes on, smell fluid burning auto transmission slamming into gear. I have it towed back on 12/20. I check on it daily and they do not even get it in a bay until 12/28. they now tell me ai need a torque converter. $2810.00. so, tell them to do the work. check every other day, on January 14th they say truck ready. pick up on 1/14. drove home transmission still slamming into gear. on 1/15 the check engine light on again. towed back on 1/18. after 8 days of calling and texting to try and find out what was wrong, not one time did they respond to any of my messages. finally on 1/26 they tell me they replaced a solenoid on the transmission. I get the truck on 1/7 while driving it home, now my transmission is slipping and slamming into gear. take truck back on 1/28. check on it every day, they say they do not have an open bay to look at it. ( are you kidding me)? on (February 3rd) says they cannot find anything. service manager drives it on 2/4 and sees there is a problem. check on it every day or so. on FEB 22 they want to put a valve body on it. but, they have others ahead of mine to do first. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME)??? Check on it every other day or so. ON MARCH 17 they tell me my truck is ready. pick it up and on the way home BIGGER vibration in the transmission. slipping twice as bad as before. cannot drive the truck. 75 miles and APRIL 3RD Iam taking the truck back again. RECAP brought my truck in NOV 22 2021 picked it up and returned it 4 times as of APRIL 8 2022 the truck is still in there not fixed. MY TRUCK HAS NOW BEEN AT THIS GOD AWFUL PLACE ALMOST 6 MONTHS AND STILL NOT FIXED!!! I have bought 4 brand new trucks when this was MIKE SHAD since 1990 took them all to have every service , every repair and never had a problem. NOW. since it is now Auto Nation I have taken two of my trucks there to be serviced and both trucks were not repaired correctly and one is still there after 6 months. more to come! story is not over More
