My service rep has gone above and beyond ensuring that i was aware of delays in parts on order. She was outstanding as for the fix the part that was replaced did not fix my issue, I still intermittently get was aware of delays in parts on order. She was outstanding as for the fix the part that was replaced did not fix my issue, I still intermittently get a blue screen, black screen or flickering on my cameras, additionally When this happens I get a message on the screen that brake assist is not available see manual which when I try that fix it stills gives me the message. New techs are knowledgeable, but not dedicated and have forgotten the little things. You have a customer waiting for their vehicle, and you sell over 2k of work, you don't leave until the job is done. ( Go forgotten the little things. Granted, vehicles are a little more involved now, but easy maintenance can be done in a timely manner. I can't do my own maintenance anymore, so I rely on my Ford Dealership. For the money spent, the service and maintenance should be Bar none. More

I had an appointment at 10:30 never received a call as to the findings of my car. I decided to head there at 4:30, my car had not been looked at nor did I get a call I was given my car back with no care in t the findings of my car. I Bought my 2001 Expedition at this location. Had been having all my service done there for 18 years until the repairs for an older vehicle were just too expensive to have done there .I recently Had been having all my service done there for 18 years until the repairs for an older vehicle were just too expensive to have done there .I recently decided to go there for an oil change since they normally check and fill all fluids and do a multipoint inspection with an oil change .I told them it shook when I started it and asked for it to be checked with the oil change .I tried to get motorcraft 21 inch wiper blades from the parts department while I was waiting for my oil change. The man that waited on me repeatedly tried to sell me 20 inch of another brand not listening to me. So then tried to get my wiper blades from the service department . Same thing they actually put a different brand and 20 inch wiper blades on my truck. I had to demand that they remove them and put my old ones back on. At this point after telling 4 men what I wanted to be ignored and have them put whatever they wanted on my truck I was so angry I paid and left. They did not give me the recommended service page nor did they fill my fluids. I then went to the Avenues Ford location and got my wiper blades and recommended service sheet with no problem. I will never go to the Blanding Ford location or recommend it again. Apparently the men there didnt think I knew what wiper blades I had been buying and putting on MY TRUCK MYSELF for 20 YEARS!!!!!! Their loss because I love my truck and plan to keep it on the road for as long as I can which will require many more auto repairs that I will be getting somewhere else!!!!!! They do not deserve ANY stars but you have to give them at least one to submit your rating. More
