Took my car in for 20,000 mile check and oil change, and tire rotation. Was done quickly. Scheduled a oil change, rotate and balance tires, check filters, and change wiper blades. Drop vehicle off told would take 2 hours, 4 hours later the service advisor informed me that dealer didn’t have F filters, and change wiper blades. Drop vehicle off told would take 2 hours, 4 hours later the service advisor informed me that dealer didn’t have Full synthetic oil and has to pick up. Couldn’t understand this since I made appointment and scheduled what I needed. No service manager in spoke to GM was no help. Blamed vendors saying it was a supply issue. Didn’t accept this, than why were you able to go to vendor and pick some me up to complete service. Than the next day it started to rain, guess what they didn’t change my wiper blades, that is partly my fault I should have reviewed my receipt. I don’t understand why good customer service is so hard to get. Prices keep getting higher but service continues to drop. More
