Matthew, the best service rep I’ve had at this dealership here since I purchased my new automobile in 2018. While the dealership is at most fair and Matthew is a 10/10 rep for them I can’t recommend buying here since I purchased my new automobile in 2018. I only has 14k miles on my car before the engine blew and with less than 20k on it, if I hadn’t purchased every expended warrenty offered, I would have already spent more on repairs than the value of the car brand new. Even then my previous service rep demanded that I proved I had additional coverages that they could easily look up in their own system! Matthew didn’t need me to do that. Apparently after 4 years I finally found a rep who actually cared about his customer and really knew what he was doing! More
