Looking for a new vehicle these days can be a very painful experience - lack of inventory, dealers undervaluing trade ins, sales reps who push you into something you don't want because they don't have painful experience - lack of inventory, dealers undervaluing trade ins, sales reps who push you into something you don't want because they don't have anything else to sell, etc. I experienced all of that from every other dealer I went to before connecting with Rob Busch at AutoNation Ford Orange Park. I luckily found a vehicle online and Rob was extremely fair and honest right from the start. They offered me a great trade in value, especially compared to 2 other Ford dealers and one Toyota dealer. He wasn't pushy and we came to a quick deal that both sides were happy with. I'll definitely be going back there for my next new vehicle even though they are one of the farther dealers from where I live. Definitely worth the drive! More
