Pick up and drop off were really smooth, the time the vehicle was in for service though I felt like it was a burden to get an update, not to mention the car was filthy afterwards. Also took longer than w vehicle was in for service though I felt like it was a burden to get an update, not to mention the car was filthy afterwards. Also took longer than what I was originally told. Not sure if that's supply chain stuff or what, but either way they fixed the vehicle as requested and it was with new Ford parts not a reman. And comes with a decent warranty on the parts replaced. Not sure if I'd use them again or not but I wouldn't steer people away either. More
