No willingness to negotiate. Hard to believe during such tough economic times. Customer service was great and my service advisor was extremely helpful. One area that really needs improvement is the courtesy vehicle program. Starting to provide service at 10:00 AM doesn't work if extremely helpful. One area that really needs improvement is the courtesy vehicle program.
