It was a total waste of time. They kept it over night and did Absolutely Nothing!!!!! Then tried to charge $250.00 for diagnostic and it didn’t need a diagnostic. The sales people Jack and Walt did a very nice job and taking care us. The only thing that I would suggest is once there's an appointment made for paperwork it should not take 3 hours at the dealership it taking care us. great service effort, I have had my SUV at two dealers for the vibration. first noted in 2020, then 2021 it got worse now it horrible but there is a mix of items now that they want to fix before they can for the vibration. first noted in 2020, then 2021 it got worse now it horrible but there is a mix of items now that they want to fix before they can figure out what is the real problem>!I guess no one does diagnostic now they just replace parts until it fixed!! Sorry but thats the way I feel now. Auto Nation you are not the blame for my fustration . There should have been a ford rep called in to help assist! More
