First let me say the sales team and finance team are the best here. But the service department is the worst. 2 times I have brought my truck in for service and no one ever calls me to update me. If I drop my truck off at 7am and it can not be looked at that day, why do you have appointments? 2 days to even check it to tell me what is wrong. If I did not have the auto nation warranty I would take my truck to another dealer. More
