Dropped my car off for service and the gentleman clearly did not want to be at work nor deal with my car. Go see GIL for all your car shopping! !!! I never wrote a review in my life on a car dealership and been buying cars for the past 30 years. I use to be that one person saying “I trust you !!! I never wrote a review in my life on a car dealership and been buying cars for the past 30 years. I use to be that one person saying “I trust you as much as I trust a car salesman” and GIL has changed that judgmental opinion for me and broken that stigma. Gil has been nothing but patient caring and understanding. He was actually looking out for me not by telling me like I’m use to it from a car salesman, but by his actions where I didn’t feel just like another deal driving off. I drove off that lot feeling like a new AutoNation Ford Family member. I bought a Jeep btw, but the type isn’t important what’s important is that I have not felt like I didn’t get the best deal. John in financing was as patient caring and understanding. John made sure I understood everything I was signing and went the extra mile giving me advice on how to protect my investment and credit. I use to think people like John just try to sell me all that he can in extended warranty, GAP etc , BUT being a little older and wiser and not seeing people like John in financing as someone who is trying to not sell u some more, but if something happens in life accidents, disability, etc GAP is so very important at the last get the GAP insurance. Extended warranty is as important and I know what I’m talking about as someone who spent money and money by not getting these things before with my car purchases. Both GIL and JOHN are very experienced in what they do and consummate professionals. I was very lucky to encounter these two individuals going back to a dealership 10 years after I paid off my last car. I am the person that buys cars pays them off drives them to the last possible mile and I am not going to be back myself to buy another one that soon hopefully 🙏, but I have friends, family and hopping through here can encourage people to go see GIL and JOHN for all their car needs.
