Unfortunately, my suv had to be towed again to the dealer for the same issue that was supposedly fixed a week before (after paying $700 plus 5 days rental costs for a fully warranted vehicle). the fact that for the same issue that was supposedly fixed a week before (after paying $700 plus 5 days rental costs for a fully warranted vehicle). the fact that I stalled completely out on the highway the first time was scary enough - but it was the second time just a week later on another busy highway that was the scariest. But it was Jennifer at the Ford service desk that calmed my fears to a low roar and eventually helped to restore my trust in the system. She immediately saw what needed to be done - got me into a loaner and got the service people to actually test drive the car after giving another go at repairing it. Fortunately I didn’t have to pay for the second go around.This month has been a real education. More

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle after service, the advisor Jessica, handed me my key, asked me if I knew where my vehicle was parked and had me go get it. I’ve never had to walk out to a parking lot t advisor Jessica, handed me my key, asked me if I knew where my vehicle was parked and had me go get it. I’ve never had to walk out to a parking lot to retrieve my vehicle. It’s always been brought up to me. She never even went over the services performed. Additionally, they didn’t even attempt to wash it. I guess I will just go back to Bozard Ford in the future service needs. More

The first thing i notice was how well the staff got along with each other. I was aware of their individual positions but every one seemed to enjoy what they were doing.
