If I could have given them 10 stars, I would. I have to rave about AutoNation, and especially Jack, who was my salesman. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, we had to switch cars. They worked with me and had to do double the paperwork for me, I know it was a big pain in the neck on their part, but they did it with a smile, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. They even sent me a gift card when I had to stay late one night. I drove off of that lot in my new car with a smile a mile wide. :-) I would definitely recommend AutoNation. Cost was reasonable, Ford is a trustworthy organization with trained technicians.
