VERY polite, respectful and informative for my entire stay. I chose to wait for the service to my motorhome. They offered me beverages, were concerned about my extended stay in their lounge and informed stay. I chose to wait for the service to my motorhome. They informed my of another issue that should be addressed, explained thoroughly and accurately estimated the time I should expect to wait. Overall, an excellent experience. The dealership service department was beyond helpful, polite, and provided an outstanding service. They had the parts the other dealership did not have, they made the appointment the other dealership tol polite, and provided an outstanding service. They had the parts the other dealership did not have, they made the appointment the other dealership told me I didn’t even made (I made the appointment 2 weeks prior to) after I dropped the car off and couldn’t service the car. It was such a waste of time! I will definitely come back again. I am very happy with the service! Thank you! More
