Customer service is great. Barbie Feagle was a great help. Your service tech needs to be fired. He told me I needed an engine an I didn’t. I took it somewhere else because Barbie Feagle was a great help. Your service tech needs to be fired. He told me I needed an engine an I didn’t. I took it somewhere else because the warrant was a problem an They check it out an found the Service tech had not tighten things down . The radiator cap was left open,the spark plug that he checked wasn’t put back correct an the plate was not screwed back down. I had a wrecker pick it up an cost me $100. Thank God I did because it would have broke down with me if I didn’t do this. I am sorry I cannot give a good review at this time because of your help. Purchased a pre-owned vehicle about 3 weeks ago, still under warranty, oil leaking, keep my vehicle overnight and Chris manager there denied me a loaner. I don't know what to do. The staff in the service department was cordial and told me what to expect and how long it would take. I will say I arrived 30 min early because of a schedule conflict and I heard a male say, why don't you me what to expect and how long it would take.
