I have never received better service. This should not surprise me as I had purchase my previous car here as well a few years ago. I visited several Ford Dealerships in the area wanting to get the righ surprise me as I had purchase my previous car here as well a few years ago. I visited several Ford Dealerships in the area wanting to get the right price with true professional service. I have never seen a group of people work so hard to find what I wanted at the right price. The professionalism of everyone involved was MAGNIFICANT. Steve Estes was dedicated to getting me into a vehicle but not just any vehicle. It was the one I asked for with the features I wanted and even the right color. I was going back and forth on the Mustang V6 Premium and the GT 5.0. I really wanted the GT but wasn't sure I could get it a the right price. THEY ALL MADE IT HAPPEN. Steve found the GT in another color (white) here in Florida but he knew I wanted the Kona Blue. He could of said the white is all I can get in the state but he didn't. Even though I told him the white would be fine, he continued to search for the Kona. Three days before we were going to close the deal he called and said he found the Kona in Georgia and that they already had someone on the way to get. I couldn't believe it!! They all truly cared about what I really wanted!!!!! Most dealerships will promise you one thing but switch things around when it comes time to sign the papers. NOT THESE GUYS. They promised to stick to their word and they did. Every single person I encountered from the receptionist to the financing and closing of the deal was exceptional. Most car shopping experiences are an ordeal. With Mike Shad Ford, it was a wonderful experience that made my 30 year dream come true. I will refer every person I can to them for sales and service. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks to all of you at Mike Shad for fulling my life long dream. Ford should make you all the example of what every dealership should be. More

I originally went into Mike Shad to test drive a 2012 Focus but ended up test driving a 2012 Escape which I enjoyed. When my husband and I decided to purchase a boat, we knew we needed a vehicle that could do some major hauling. Tabitha Collins referred me to Mike Shad Ford of O.P. and I'm so glad she did. I had no clue what brand/make of vehicle that I wanted; however I did have some very vague ideas. After my husband told Steve the basics of what I was looking for, he went to work trying to match us with the perfect fit. He didn't haven anything within our price range on the lot, but told us not to give up, and that he would look for us and send us an email with a few different options. What he did was like Superman! or even more like match.com or something because he found the most amazing vehicle that I fell in love with just from pictures!!! The vehicle was located all the way in Pompano Beach, FL, and we had to get pre-approved for financing prior to them bringing the car to Orange Park. The General Manager of the dealership gave me a fair and very reasonable trade in value for my Passat, but we were having trouble getting financing. Steve recommended that we look into being approved for financing through Navy Federal Credit Union. *Cha-ching!* Perfect Idea!! We got a rate much lower than anyone had previously found, then called Steve, and he had the vehicle brought up the very next day. I fell in love with it the minute I saw it, I couldn't believe how amazing it was!! I am thoroughly content with my used vehicle purchase! I don't think I could have found a better fitting vehicle! The financing department personnel that worked with us, Ike (I think his name was), was SO polite! He was such a happy person, I couldn't help but smile like crazy! I'm so glad that Tabitha referred me to Steve Estes! I will never buy another vehicle from another sales associate! He is the most honest, sweet, and sincere car salesman I have ever met! I spoke to Clarence about a problem with my sync system and he made sure that I was directed to the right person, had an appointment with service and followed up with me when I picked the Escape up. Dan to and he made sure that I was directed to the right person, had an appointment with service and followed up with me when I picked the Escape up. Dan took the truck in and let me know that if it took more than 1 day that he would work with Bill because he would not be there the next day. The second day Bill called me to let me know what was being done to fix the problem and called me when it was ready.
