Keeping the trust and customer's schedule in mind is a huge part of customer satisfaction. Because I work in customer service, the way i was treated when I visited Mike Shad severely dissapointed me. My original appointment time and day was somehow miscommunicated leaving me to re work MY schedule to return to talk with the sales person. When we were negotiating prices, I was in the lobby at a table while Mike went to crunch some numbers. I don't know if this sales person knew I was in the lobby or just didnt care. Either way, "I'm just waiting for my next victim" is not something someone should say when their entire goal is to gain the trust and loyalty of their customers. I will not revist Mike Shad nor will I refer anyone there. I did go to another Ford dealership and get the car/price that I wanted along with the respect and professionalism that EVERY customer deserves. Mike Shad will continue to lose business if they do not rectify their customer service standards. More
