They gave me what I wanted for my truck and the price was fair on what I bought. But I do recommend you ware your hip waders as the xxxxxxxx, lies and deciet started the minute we got out of the car. Our salesman either needs to improve his memory or give up lieing as he really sucked at it. He was so transparent it was actually hilarious. Well it was time for us to buy something new. We stopped at the VW dealer first and they were rude plus I wanted to drive the focus st. I told Steve on the front steps that all I wanted from him was to drive the ST he asked for my dl and insurance card told us where to go and met us with keys. No bs no selling just going along with what I had asked. After the test drive and venting a little bit and sharing m concerns with the car buying process we went in to see what the bottom line was. That was over 2 weeks ago. I said we need time to research further and consider other options and then left with his card and one of his managers cards in hand. A week or so later Steve called and wanted to see how we were doing and if we had any other questions or would like to redrive the st or even another model. We couldn't as I was out of town. On Easter Sunday though Steve was there and we drove off the lot with our brand new 2013Focus ST. Bottom line we were treated like humans rather than money by Steve and the others that we interacted with and he earned my trust. Steve is only only car salesman I've ever trusted. Great job and thanks again! We will be back! More

Turns out, after three months of communicating with my sales person, none of that information was reaching management. Luckily, their Service Department has some standup guys that actually took the time sales person, none of that information was reaching management. Luckily, their Service Department has some standup guys that actually took the time to fix my issues, and now the car is actually acting like a new car should act. I've talked to the GM and the Sales Manager on this issue, so I'm not sure why the dealer rep added a reply to my post requesting that I call the GM. I already have his number and he has mine. Customer service is rated as "Bad" for the sales reps that I've dealt with (refer to Ford Customer Service case # CAS-z256755) Quality of work is rated "Great" for Dan, and the rest of the Service Department. Once the correct information got to him, the problem was solved rapidly and professionally. My mistake was relying on my sales rep to fix the broken Focus they sold me - I should have recognized much earlier that they were not interested in correcting the situation, and for that, I take responsibility. When my wife and i went to visit Mike Shad Ford we had only intended to look at cars and possibly do a test drive, but thanks to the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff we ended up taking a new c only intended to look at cars and possibly do a test drive, but thanks to the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff we ended up taking a new car home that same day. When we arrived on the lot, Carlos Woods promptly greeted us in a friendly manner and was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions that we put to him. He was helpful in allowing us to take the car for a test drive and in getting us pricing. We were planning on coming back to the dealership in a few days but due to how helpful Carlos was we were able to leave that evening. Carlos was very patient in helping us getting everything together and he even stayed late to help us finish the process. He made it the most convenient and pleasant encounters we have ever had at a car dealership. Ike Ettinger the finance manager was more than professional and he made our financing experience easy and affordable. The whole staff at Mike shad is fantastic and welcoming and we would highly recommend anyone in the market for a car to visit their lot. More
I had to bring my Ford F-150 to the dealership three times within 3 weeks after I bought it so it could be fixed properly. The exhaust pipe was broked in half and blowing exhaust out underneath the tru times within 3 weeks after I bought it so it could be fixed properly. The exhaust pipe was broked in half and blowing exhaust out underneath the truck. The rear end was leaking fluids where the drive shaft entered. My first service appt. was on a Saturday directly following the Thursday I bought the truck. It was a complete waste of my time. I waited two hours at the dealership and they told me the truck was in good running condition and that i possibly had a bad sensor. The second visit on the following Monday I dropped my truck off again to have the exhaust and rear end fixed. I was told they had no idea when the truck would be ready for me to drive and that no loaner truck was available for me to use while my truck was in their shop sitting. I procedded to find a truck there myself at the dealerships Hertz Truck Rental outside there service department. As I waited outside the Hertz office I had the dis pleasure of watching a mechanic get into my truck and drive it into the shop up onto a lift. A loud band and grinding sound came from the under carraige of my truck as the running boards were driven into the lifts ramps and were scrapped all the way up until the rear wheels finally lifted them up. Wow what an echoing murderous sceam my truck let out into the cold morning air. Long story short I had to pay four days rental at Hertz and got my ride back with unpleasant results. Paint had scrapped off my running boards . You can see where it flaked off and silver is showing thru the black. The exhaust was poorly installed and didnt even come close in matching its counterpart of a duel exhaust system. Finally I spoke with Dan in the service dept and " he made it happen for me". Dan is the Man. I finally got my truck back and im a happy camper. Wow what an ordeal. Never again. More
