This is my regular Ford service center where I get all of the maintenance, etc., done for my 2004 Ford Explorer Limited. The employees of this dealership have gone out of their way to ensure that I am a satisfied customer. My Service Advisor, Dan Coburn, always takes good care of me, advising me of the options that I may have, and which, from a professional service point of view, would be the best option (this is not always the most expensive or biggest repair or maintenance option available to me at the time). When Dan is not available (vacation or other), I am still well looked after. Recently, I purchased 4 tires and I was advised that the Ford Warranty program would be a wise investment. It certainly turned out to be so when the very next day I ran over a screw driver in the street and needed repairs. Then, as it was the end of the day and the service department was closed, the Sales Department showed me where the key drop was located and gave me a ride home. The dealership also offers a service to take you home when you leave your vehicle for service and then pick you up for return to the dealer when your vehicle is ready. Many years ago, before Dan became my advisor, I did have a difficult time with another advisor. Mr. Jordan, the Service Manager, handled my complaint to my complete satisfaction, and I have been a very happy customer ever since. I would recommend this Service Department to anyone, and even if Dan cannot be everyone's Service Advisor, you will receive fair, reliable, courteous and professional service. More

Mike returned all my calls and e-mails promptly during and after negotiations. Perfect transaction! Now for the astounding part. Mike drove the car to Sarasota washed with a full tank of gas. He answered all our questions about the car never once indicating he had to get back on the road. Oh yes, no additional charge for the delivery! After a bad experience with the local Ford dealer, I tried the one in Jacksonville. After submitting a request via the internet, the salesperson called me up and took down my information. I figured there is no way she'll locate the vehicle for me since my own search turned up fruitless. Within an hour, she e-mailed she had found the vehicle and attached the window sticker. With the usual haggling, give and take that is expected, we agreed on a price. I drove over to Jacksonville and everything went smooth. The people were friendly and I didn't have an issue. The whole process took a week but I got the vehicle and deal that I wanted. Thoughout I was updated and communicated with e-mails and phone calls. After the purchase, they have still kept in contact to ensure that things are good. This is the service I expected when I started the whole car buying process. Thank you. More

Came back the very next day & I brought it home!! They really worked with me. Got what I wanted on my trade in. At the time of my purchase I noticed a small blemish on the passenger door, I was promised it would be taken care of at my convenience, as it was!! The body shop did a great job!! I have already been back in to have it serviced and they were awesome and had it finished in a timely manner. I will return to this dealer and would highly recommend.
