While we were there he made sure we were comfortable and even got us things like water etc. and I know what you are thinking that it's his job but trust me when I say he went way above his job and even made sure the others met my expectations when it was looking like they had no interest in our wishes. He held our hand and kept in contact with us all the way through and after the sale. I hope he is still around when I come back in a year or 2 to get our new truck.
