I met Israel online as he is one of the internet sales reps, and he was very helpful, taking the time to answer my questions, and give me pricing on different trim levels. I initially walked, as I thought my trade was undervalued, but at the end of the day, came back as I really loved the truck. Even though he had gone home for the day, Israel turned around and met me back up there for an end of the night closing, it is nice to see that level of commitment from a sales rep. More
