Will not be bringing my truck back here again for repairs or services. When I first showed up no one came to greet me. I stood in the office with no one saying a word. The service person I was schedule or services. When I first showed up no one came to greet me. I stood in the office with no one saying a word. The service person I was scheduled to see wasn't even working that day. The service person I got wasn't paying attention to my issues. Couldn't find any of warranty information. I ask that my truck not be parked outside since my sunroof was leaking. I came back multiple times and it was parked outside with rain coming. I've had my truck there now three times for the same issues and they are still charging me for their bad work. They should have reached out to Ford for these known issues but that didn't happen either. My truck now has a musty smell and it was wet when iv picked it up. They didn't even clean it. I will never take another vehicle here again. More

This is the 2nd New Vehicle that we have purchased from AutoNation Ford Lincoln, Orange Park. Our Son also purchased a 2 year old Vehicle from this Dealer. We all have been extremely pleased with the Sales AutoNation Ford Lincoln, Orange Park. Our Son also purchased a 2 year old Vehicle from this Dealer. We all have been extremely pleased with the Sales & Service Team. AutoNation Ford has consistently also come in with the best financial deals for us!! Even though I do appreciate all of the financial incentives, rebates, etc, I never give max ratings on price for surveys as matter of principle. All vehicles cost way too much these days. :) More
