I've had my 2020 Explorer ST in the dealer several times for the same issues, and they tell me they are fixed but so far they haven't been. Gilbert and Marley were a real pleasure to work with. I had plenty of questions for Gilbert and he was able to answer all of them without hesitation. 40% markup on parts. I can get the same part from your parts department for less. If your tech walks over to get it you up charge. You are not customer centric. Mr. Daryl Campbell reached out to me when I submitted on KBB, he was so helpful in the week leading up to me being able to come in, stayed in contact, sent videos of the car I was interested in, and sent nu KBB, he was so helpful in the week leading up to me being able to come in, stayed in contact, sent videos of the car I was interested in, and sent numbers for me to review. He was very nice and not at all pushy. He was with another customer when we arrived so we worked with Mr. Robert Haines who was also wonderful and helpful. There was no back and forth or haggling when it came to my trade in value or the new car, the process was the easiest and most pleasant I have ever had. The gentleman that did our financing was also great! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy and/or trade in and I will definitely return for my next purchase. More

Left our F150 on Sat, 7/24/21, for 100,00 mile check up. Got run around from Lee and Jason with excuses. This service dept is a joke. Our truck wasn’t ready until We’d, 7/28/21.
