I am very disappointed with the customer service given to me and my husband by the service department. I made an appointment to bring my car in for transmission issues (2015 Ford Fiesta) at 7:30am. The dealership did not have a loaner car for me and I specifically asked for one when I made the appointment because without my vehicle I wouldn’t be able to get to work. No loaner vehicle was available. The shuttle was not operating, so a ride was supposed to be arranged for me to get home. However, I had to constantly go and ask what was going on with the ride. After 3 hrs and my persistency of getting home and asking for someone to let me know what was going on, and once I called my neighbor for a ride, the service personnel said he finally got me a ride. However, by that time I already found a ride for myself. Even when I would call everyday to get some information about my car and a possible loaner vehicle, it took at least two days for someone to get back to me. I agreed for my car to get repaired and if I didn’t call to find out what was going on with the repair and the amount, no one from AutoNation would call to keep me updated on my vehicle. Customer service at AutoNation orange park was extremely disappointing and horrible. I will be getting another vehicle and getting rid of the dangerous and defective 2015 Ford Fiesta I was sold back in 2015. The transmission issues this car has is extremely terrible and dangerous, which Ford new of when they started selling the Fiestas. Now I am out of $2500 because I had to pay for a defect in the transmission that should have been covered by the recall warranty and wasn’t!!! Even though I always believed in buying nothing but American products, this experience with Ford has forced me to go buy foreign because they take pride in making sure a product they make is top notch and safe!!! More
We were very disappointed with how difficult it was to get someone to answer a call or return a call about the car we left for service. We tried for 3 hours without reaching a person. I will never return to this dealership again. I make an appointment, no matter the time of day, they never start working on it for at least 30 minutes. The rep in the service center did NOT have his mask on properly; it was under his nose. He had a huge glob of blood in his right nare. I thought his nose was bleeding. I told him about it & he excused him properly; it was under his nose. He had a huge glob of blood in his right nare. I thought his nose was bleeding. I told him about it & he excused himself to go to the restroom. When he returned he indicated that his nose wasn't actively bleeding. The huge glob was still present in his right nare though & he still wouldn't wear his mask correctly!! It was SOOOO disgusting that I couldn't even look at him!! On top of all that, despite waiting for HOURS, they couldn't properly diagnose my car's issue nor repair it!!! I was told that I'd have to drop my car off on the next day & at least leave it overnight. I ended up taking my car to Duval Ford on Cassat Ave. They had my car diagnosed & fixed in just a few hours. The experience with Autonation Ford was HORRENDOUS and I will NEVER return to that dealership!!!! More

Initial service for F-150. Called and made appointment for service, Ford Pass failed. As with previous 2 purchases from this location, not 1 issue.
