Ha! Where do I start, how about with the fact that I dropped my vehicle off at 7am, and when I called at 2:30, they said they’re just now getting it in. I had an appointment scheduled for a Friday and even dropped off my Truck Thursday to have a recall issue taken care of, I also planned on having my truck serviced with an oil change. I was told my Truck would be ready later in the day on Friday. I drove up that day to find out my Truck was still sitting and had nothing done to it. I then was asked to leave my truck for another day. needless to say I wasn't happy about this. I feel I should of been called that day if there was going to be any delays. I've used you guys for other services in the past. I still need the recall taken care of and the oil changed. I'm in the customer service business as well and I know it's impossible to be perfect.ty More
