I learned the hard way that this dealership operates with zero integrity and cares more about squeezing profits than treating customers fairly. Here’s what happened: ✅ I put down a deposit to secure a vehicle. ✅ I received a signed price quote from the dealership. ✅ I secured financing, causing a hard hit on my credit score. 🚨 And then… they SOLD THE VEHICLE TO SOMEONE ELSE. 🚨 That’s right. Despite taking my money, my time, and damaging my credit, they went behind my back and sold the car to someone else without any warning. This isn’t just bad business—this is straight-up deception. Their sales team assured me my deposit was holding the car, but in reality, it meant NOTHING. Imagine trusting them with your purchase, only to find out they’ve been negotiating with someone else the whole time. Why You Should Take Your Business Elsewhere: • They take deposits under false pretenses and sell the car out from under you. • They string you along, forcing you to waste time securing financing and insurance. • They ignore customers once they’ve made their sale, hoping you’ll just let it go. • Their so-called “apology” was just an attempt to get me to spend even more money at their dealership. I have filed official complaints with the Florida Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to do the same. This dealership only cares about making a sale at any cost, even if it means screwing over their own customers. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Take your business somewhere that actually honors their word. In the end I went to another Ford dealer and bought 2 cars. More
