0 stars… They had my truck for 3 days ( I actually got the call to pick it up mid morning day 4) to install an AC drain extender, mystery $58 shop fee on bill (for what?) the part was $12, it was all serv the call to pick it up mid morning day 4) to install an AC drain extender, mystery $58 shop fee on bill (for what?) the part was $12, it was all service… They did not wash or clean the truck or anything so what is that shop fee for? Any time I called the service rep and left a inquiry it took 3 hours or more for him to call me back….Repairs seems fine but turnaround, communication and cost were all very poor…And my understanding is this a known issue on these trucks… If you can’t get to it for 2 1/2 days tell me and let me make an informed decision, this why people don’t take their cars to the dealer… Bob Byers-Katy, Tx More
