My truck got break issues on the weekend and I got to be on Ford Katy on Monday early without appointment and entering a long line for service. Great place to buy a car but I won’t recommend the service department. “Is my car finished” and the service advisor says yes. Then you show up and it’s not. Nothing was done even though there’s a vide service department. “Is my car finished” and the service advisor says yes. Then you show up and it’s not.
