James Thompson is great and the only reason that I return to this dealership. Everything else, Sub-Par. The new vehicle purchase was like a 3 ring circus and type-o's on the mailing address so I never got to this dealership. Everything else, Sub-Par. And then they did not hold my full payment check for 3 days, as they said that they would, so I had a collection agency calling me a few days after delivery. More
Drop off service was efficient and easy. Was told diagnostics could take up to 48 hours. Was a Thursday when I dropped off. James handled my service and was very courteous and helpful. He gave me a heads up about the estimated cost so I wouldn’t be surprised and he was pretty close. Daniel handled the work order - he get’s the 5 stars - as to the reminder of this cluster _____ ! The car came in on a wrecker from another dealer- first clue something was BAD WRONG ! Repair took was to lon to the reminder of this cluster _____ ! The car came in on a wrecker from another dealer- first clue something was BAD WRONG ! Repair took was to long to get done, then came the recalls………and to top it all off they screwed the pooch as far as finding what was wrong/broken on the car - it was unsafe due to condition of the front suspension. I was lucky that the car still had work to be done at the other dealer - who found the damage and is in the process of getting the car safe to drive. The overall service department get a big ZERO (as in no stars) More

Sales-wise, I've had a good experience with this dealership (I've bought two vehicles from AutoNation Ford Katy); however service-wise I've experienced some drama over the years. I decided to give t dealership (I've bought two vehicles from AutoNation Ford Katy); however service-wise I've experienced some drama over the years. I decided to give the service dept. a second chance as their proximity to my home is as convenient as I can get. With my new current vehicle I've experienced the usual growing-pains and recalls of having a new vehicle and thus far the service dept at this dealership has been mostly communicative, positive, and very helpful. My appointment was at 1:00. When I arrived at 12:55, I checked in with a young gentleman that brought me inside to find someone to assist me. After 3 men telling him very rudely that they’re can’t help because they are about to go to lunch I was told to wait in the waiting area. By 1:30 no one came to follow up,so I went back outside to him to ask for help again. He brought me inside and asked another man that just told him “I can’t help right now” and the last guy that he asked David, clearly looked bothered and said “yeah I guess I can help. Wait what kind of car do they have?? Okay I guess”. I was standing 5 feet from him and he didn’t try to conceal that he was annoyed. He started to assist me by asking what I was there for and had the nastiest attitude and was extremely rude. This was the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced at a dealership or service department. I suggest to not select an appointment during lunch hours because you will be treated terribly. More
