I brought my Ford Escape in for a recall. I made an appointment online. The recall notice said it would only be a day However, when I brought it in, the service agent, Tom, said it would be I made an appointment online. Rather than have to leave it over the weekend, he made me a new appointment and I brought it back on Monday. The drop off process was smooth. Again, I was expecting several days. However I got called that same day that it was ready. Tom said he bumped it up in the queue in order to get it out. That was a pleasant surprise. The pickup process was easy and Tom brought the car around himself. He even offered to get some pine sap off my window for me. In the past, I have felt intimidated there as a woman in a male dominated environment. I was still the only woman I could see around me but it was better. Tom’s response was much appreciated. More
Well to start out waited 2 hours for an oil change at 8am appointment. Second, they couldn’t find my truck and was told it was somehow parked accross the street. I was very pleased with the repair performed, and had a great experience with my service advisor, Mike. Mike was very flexible accommodating my schedule, working with me on an ordered part rather than let great experience with my service advisor, Mike. He also was always reaching out to me first with updates, rather than me having to check in regularly to get updates. Especially professional and polite. More
They were extremely busy and overloaded in the Service Department when I drove up to have my Ranger serviced. James in the Service Department said no problem, he would work me into the schedule.
