I had favorable comments regarding this dealership but my last service was a game changer for the worse. After having new rear brakes placed I noticed after four days that I had only one wheel lug on one of last service was a game changer for the worse. After having new rear brakes placed I noticed after four days that I had only one wheel lug on one of the rear wheels. I lost five lugs and two are sheered off. Obviously the repairman did not tighten the lugs. If I had not noticed this a very bad accident could have occurred More
