Pretentious and rude service personnel. Not customer service oriented and personally a bad attitude. I believe the dealership does not condone or know this person’s behavior but it is in their house so for that reason they will not be getting my business back. I do t ant to personally name the service person because I do feel it’s an isolated issue, however too many issues to return for seconds. I complained about the lack of communication and rudeness to management, then the person I complained about calls me and raises his voice at me and begins to ask me if I’d complained about him and why. Basically policing himself. I’m never going back I’ll make sure any friends and family don’t either. Too many other business doing bare minimum customer curtsies to have to deal with places like this one. More

We’ve purchased our last few cars from here and have always been happy with the experience. Friendly and attentive staff. This most recent visit was for service on our high mileage Ford, and they treate always been happy with the experience. Friendly and attentive staff.
