Pretentious and rude service personnel. Not customer service oriented and personally a bad attitude. I do t ant to personally name the service person because I do feel it’s an isolated issue, however too many issues to return for seconds. I complained about the lack of communication and rudeness to management, then the person I complained about calls me and raises his voice at me and begins to ask me if I’d complained about him and why. Basically policing himself. I’m never going back I’ll make sure any friends and family don’t either. Too many other business doing bare minimum customer curtsies to have to deal with places like this one. More
