Just wanted to comment on the outstanding service I received when I bought my F-150 truck in for Scheduled Maintenance on 12/03/22. Randy Linney always goes above and beyond in providing quality servic received when I bought my F-150 truck in for Scheduled Maintenance on 12/03/22. Randy Linney always goes above and beyond in providing quality service for me. He pulls up and reviews the truck's maintenance history and ensures that I am notified of any maintenance that is due or coming due and of any recall / safety notifications that may affect my truck. The Maintenance Techs also provide outstanding support by sending me videos of maintenance being performed, I greatly appreciate that. The Professional Service Provided by the Service Department is why I WILL NOT take my truck anywhere else. Please continue the quality work, I look forward to bringing in my truck for the next scheduled maintenance event. More

Love Randall in the service department. Need additional staff to trouble shoot Transmission issues. Believe two key employees are out right now with medical issues.
