My service advisors are always very nice and friendly. But the price on oil change is a mystery. I am never told the price when I drop off the car. Oil change with tire rotation. Second service here, the online scheduling couldn't find my account on my phone number, had to call. Phone service set me up an appointment with Dustin who was paged but never arrived. Had to work with another service writer who was very nice but super busy and didn't have time to text me when the job was complete so I just returned 2 hours later. They rotated the tires but didn't adjust the tire pressure (Superduty has higher pressure in rear tires than front tires) so after I got home I had to break out the compressor and air up my rear tires and deflate my front tires. It seems like a little thing but if you have process knowledge you see little details missed as huge red flags - makes you wonder how many of those check marks were just pencil whipped. More
