When you make an appointment to get the oil changed, the expectation is it will be done with in a reasonable amount of time. 2.5 hrs later, I’m told there’s still 2 cars in front of me and it takes 45 minut expectation is it will be done with in a reasonable amount of time. 2.5 hrs later, I’m told there’s still 2 cars in front of me and it takes 45 minutes to change the oil and rotate the tires, so it will be at least another 2 hrs. My service advisors are always very nice and friendly. But the price on oil change is a mystery. I am never told the price when I drop off the car.
